10/10 for Alexa and her crew!! I love mexi melts and usually can't get them. I asked if they had any and Alexa being awesome told me how to order them to get what I wanted. I left Taco Bell Happ and satisfied!!
TRASH!!!! Is every person that works at these fast food restaurants in this area incompetent!! Cold, old food like usual! Paid $30 for old meatless items that were definitely not fresh and they have you waiting at the window forever thinking I’m getting “fresh” food only to get ripped off! Need to retrain all the staff working today at 4:00pm because they don’t know how to properly prepare food!!
It’s definitely a hit or miss they are always being pranked called so I called them about a hair in my food.. didn’t wanna do anything about it 20 year old manager was rude at first until I explained to her many times that it was.. now I have missing items and I told her please if people order to stuff to make sure yall put the sauces and stuff in their like people ask and she responds to “umm ok” how unprofessional are you?
Codi girl with pink hair was absolutely disgusting towards me and my child, when asking for a refund she groaned. Made me feel like they didn't want my service. Never coming back consider firing codi.
Fake add… ordered the Diablo chicken nacho fries thinking that the size would be decent and according to their advertise but it’s rediculously SMALL! Don’t bother spending your money here.
