Took well over 30 minutes to receive my food for one person.
Ordered food for the family on the app, when I got there, there were 3 other people waiting, so I figured it would take some time to get my order. However, I was not expecting to be waiting there for 45 minutes for my order. Even when I got my order, there was a girl that was waiting there even longer, close to an hour at that point. We went on a side quest here, and the only thing great about it was being able to bond over how traumatic it was. They didn’t give us our food until 30 minutes after we ordered it, and the kitchen staff was incredibly rude to us. They also completely forgot to give us our cups, and we had to wait another 10 minutes to even be able to ask for them. Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but absolute atrocious service. I mean beyond terrible. I don’t know how the simplest thing like getting your order right can go so wrong but they manage to do it every time.
