I stopped ordering Taco Bell on 4th Street in Reno, Nevada because there was literally always at least one thing missing from my order. Often there were multiple mistakes in my order. I just went there at 10:35 pm on a Saturday night. I placed my order ahead and waited over an hour to get my food. Leaving at 11:42. Absolutely ridiculous. I get that its a busy Saturday night as there was 10 cars ahead of me in drive thru. But an hour. To serve 10 cars. The single worst service I have ever had at a taco bell. The manager needs to figure out how to train or do a schedule to serve customer on what they should have known is gonna be a busy Saturday night.
I can’t believe I’m reviewing a fast food establishment but here I am. I just waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Got to the window they had no idea what I ordered. Found my receipt, they then told me to pull around. I did and waited for 10 minutes. Went inside to check on my order all for them to act like they had no idea what I was talking about. Ended up just getting a refund 40-45 minutes wasted all to get no food.
They always take forever. Always understaffed.
Honestly, the worst Taco Bell I’ve eaten at. My girlfriend insists on going to this location because it’s convenient, but I’ve decided I will simply just refuse to get Taco Bell if it’s going to be from here. They frequently mess up my order and are always in a rush. Constantly understaffed and ran by rude managers that said arbitrary rules on how many mobile orders you can pick up.
