TERRIBLE WORKERS!!! Would leave less stars if I could!!! The rudest workers I’ve had to deal with.we tried to go in the dinning room the doors were locked at nine even though it says open till 12. Then when we went through the drive through my sister asked if they still offered something and they made a snarky remark about it being on the menu. Then said they don’t offer it. The food was prepared well. HOWEVER, the service was extremely slow and the staff was unfriendly. They didn't provide the correct number of cheese sauce and I had to explain to them how many we should have received. Is an extra sauce coming out of his paycheck? Management needs to review this location because there are many problems
I was here at this location waiting for 45 minutes for my online order and she comes up to tell me they can’t fulfill my order. I told her I have used a reward of free chalupa too and she says she has no clue if that will be reinstated! This person asks us to drive back at the order window to give us a refund of our order but at the window, another person , I believe, the manager says “you placed an order online we can’t refund”!!!!!
