I was missing my half of my entire order, they made us come all the way back up here but didn’t want to remake our entire meal when it was their fault to begin with
Ordered 7 items in the drive through. Went home and had 6. These people can’t even count to 10… unreal. Unskilled, unprofessional. Unreal.
worst customer service I've ever experienced. Why work at Taco Bell with the most horrendous attitude when you can be on the streets for free! The larger issue is treating the customer as an inconvenience when we are the reason the job exists. Maybe consider why we are working at Taco Bell well into our 40's before taking out your existential regret on paying customers.
They keep getting my order either wrong or missing food
