The drive thru worker didn’t “check me in” for my mobile order, shut the window in my face when i asked what she meant by that and insisted I drove around again after waiting more than 5 minutes in the drive thru lane. The manager proceeded to come to the window and tell me they wouldn’t make my food…. The screen said “thank you, please pull ahead”. Tonight I had the worst fast food experience of my life. The staff were arguing with all the customers. Two different customers ahead of me cancelled their orders and walked out. Very rude, and after all that the food was inedible.
The staff prepared the food quickly, everything tasted good. The restaurant and bathroom were nice and clean.
Had 2 grilled cheese burritos in my order written on the reciept and all and only got 1
