This might be the worst taco bell I've been to. Customer service is bad. I ask them to double grill my quesadillas they said they can’t, mind you i used to work at Taco Bell I know you can. One time I mentioned they forgot my nacho cheese the lady said she put my name in the book and when I came to get my nachos and cheese the manager or whoever she was said my name is not in the book so i can not get my nachos. 3/3/26 at 5:45 I was forced to wait in the drive thru for 35 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Food was fine, but honestly I'm still dumbfounded that I just spent 30 minutes in a drive thru line
Went between normal lunch and dinner hours. Sat in the drive-through for almost half an hour and there was only 4 cars…
I come to this location on a regular basis after work since I work close by. Each time I go, I’ve had nothing but friendly interactions with the staff and my food is always ready on time when I come pick it up. I’m pretty sure they see me walking up and know me by now since I’m a frequent customer lol The few times I’ve gone on the weekends, if my food is not ready by the time I get there, they’re usually pretty busy through the drive through and the amount of cars in the parking lot.
