Get your orders right
We were given two faulty cups that spilled all over our food and the seats in my car. The manager accused us of dropping the cups. Not sure when we would have dropped them when we got the food through the drivethru and never got out of the car. The manager and employees were talking bad about us while remaking our food. Very unprofessional. Never once got an apology. I have a video we took of us holding the cup over our head and then dropping it on the concrete. It took 3 drops for the cup to break.
