My late night cheat spot :-)
Last week I ordered a Lux Box and half of it was missing. Decided to give them another try tonight and my Cherry Pepsi wasn’t even Cherry Pepsi—it tasted and looked like the syrup was out. Instead of asking if I wanted something else, they just handed it to me like that. Two bad experiences in a row is really disappointing.
My experience thus far is they seem to take care when they're putting your orders and making your food.
