Second time they have told us at the drive thru that they couldn’t take our order for at least 10 minutes. Told them we’d wait….after 10 minutes they said that it would be at least another 10 minutes before we could order. After another 10 minutes they said no fried items and no beef and had at least 7 mobile orders with more than 10 items each waiting inside. We left without ordering after 20 minutes. There was nobody inside (see pic).
By No means should a Drive through Line take an hour to move 2 cars. This is a daily occurance at this Location. I order food, mobile order then Sit at the speaker for 5-10 minutes then it takes anywhere from 5-8 minutes to move from speaker to window, and another 5 minutes to get my food
This place takes 30 minutes in the drive through Or more 90% of time and the lines aren’t even that bad, don’t say anything when they hand your order to you just stare at you, if tacobell isn’t fast anymore what’s the point? It’s FAST food.
