horrible. horrible. horrible. i’ve given them grace but going in for a THIRD time to get an order remade is disappointing. their lack luster attitude leads me to believe not only I but other people are not valued or heard as a customer. It took 35 minutes to remake ONE crunchwrap with potatoes. while ordering the food an hour and half ago. they show no empathy whatsoever and will literally only do the bare minimum to continue getting their paycheck. honestly an embarrassment as a company. will never be going to this location... read more
Taco Bell doesn't vary much as two location, but this one was particularly good. They took my order quickly, delivered it exactly as specified and they seemed like they were happy I was there. The dining room area was spotless and the crew in the back, from what I could see, was operating as a team. No wasted moves and no one was getting in each other's way. I don't normally give five stars to Taco Bell but this particular one earned it
Food is great. Little to zero contact with any human if you place an order in their app. Literally. Just find your bag, or a bag, take it and go. & Hopefully it's yours... Their system needs improving.
