I downloaded the app and it is so easy and the app lets me customize. I can’t have dairy and they have accommodations for that unlike other places. I hate the computer at the drive-up but if I get frustrated I get a real person. I have loved every server. Always efficient, polite and makes me feel like they are glad I came.
Need to teach your employees manners for when people ask if you still have items, especially when such a shitty company has their only good items for limited time.
Take off the automated AI drive through order. I like human to human communication.
Not one to complain but a 5 yr old can put food together better then this place, I odered a crunchbox and the cruchwrep didn't have the crunchy hard Center in it and I was supposed to get a soft taco and a cool ranch taco instead I got two hard shell tacos that were both crunched. For now on I will take my business to North Reserve Street Tacobell. Just a little note a throw away both crunched hard shelled taco's what a waist of money.
