Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I ordered two Chalupas, and they were basically thrown into the bag, with food spilled all over the inside. I’ve gone here twice this week, and both times it’s been the same experience. On top of that, they barely put any filling in the Chalupas. For what they charge, the food should at least be made properly and not thrown into the bag. Very disappointing

If I could give 0 stars tonight I would. I work in Molalla and after a 13 hour shift stopped in to grab food for myself and my husband. I live in a different city about 15 minutes away and when I got home my beefy 5 layer burrito was missing. I called to try and get a refund to my card and they refused unless I drove all the way back and showed them my bag of food and my receipt. Extremely unprofessional and I probably won’t be returning to this location again.

Worst Taco Bell experience so far. I’ll try to put it short, my nacho fries were unseasoned, asked for assistance and was told there was nothing they could do and that it was normal. If I wanted normal salted fries I would’ve went to McDonald’s but I ordered NACHO fries so I expect the nacho seasoning, is that too much to ask? I'll keep it simple, I've ordered here at least 20 times. Without exaggerating, I have received everything I have ordered ONCE. It's always something small, like a nacho, or a side of cheese, or a single taco, but after awhile it just gets exhausting spending money to arrive home with less than what you paid for. Some of the employees seem to be more interested in their own (loud) personal conversations than checking to make sure an order is actually complete.

Horrible customer service horrible management, horrible food quality should be shut down, today they had no ice for drinks and refused to put ice in my cup or even let me fill my drink and wouldn't fill my drink for me, everyone in the molalla area knows this taco bell is the worst in the nation, should be shut down.
