Just about every time we come through, there are missing items or missing ingredients. The last couple times we’ve added ingredients or had some sort of modification and the requests are disregarded and we don’t notice until we get home.. I’ve asked for a Doritos cool ranch taco when they were still on the menu, been charged for said taco only to get home and find out they actually didn’t have them and that they weren’t getting them back (okay so say that instead of just throwing a nacho taco in there???!). I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window I ask if anyone was behind me? She said no. So I asked if I could add a drink to my order (I even said she could do it on a separate order)She said she could not do that. She said, I had to go back through the drive through. Crazy!
Still a hit or miss on food quality but not as bad as it had been.
