This is not a bad Taco Bell location, I've been here before and had no problems and was very please but on this particular visit, the tortilla shell on my chili cheese burrito was very dry and harder than you'd expect, also they were completely out of Baja Blast zero sugar and the ice machine in the lobby only had one piece of ice to offer. Taco Bell is not going to win the franchise wars with this level of service. I will return soon, as you are strategically located in front of a Rural King, but I expect better from you.
When they didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for, my husband called to complain. Not only was the lady rude, but she hung up on him. As we started to eat, I found a hair in my taco. Definitely not the right length or color to be mine or my husband's. He called again to complain and the lady hung up on my husband a second time. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Ask for sour cream on 2 of our burritos and we didn't get, we ask for hot sauce and we didn't get none, very skimpy on the meat and other items,very disappointed, no napkins either, wouldn't recommend at all
Attitude as soon as we pulled up. Person taking order was very unprofessional. Even cursing under their breath. CHICKEN was burnt in our Cantina burrito. Ordered 3 soft supreme got 3 regular soft. They forgot our drinks and shut the window to converse with coworkers. We had to sit and waot for them to realize we were still there. Then they acted put out to give us our drinks.
