The service at this particular location is very slow
We come in here almost every week after a solid gym session. The manager lady up front remembers our faces every time and is SO kind. The employees taking orders are also fantastic, and we’ve been smiled at and waved at by them more than once. Food comes out correct and FAST. A great team!
Went through the drive- thru Sunday June 15th before 9:00 pm the girl at the window took my credit card and didn't give it right back she goes to the front register and takes orders from other people I'm steady looking at her so when she sees me looking she comes and hands me my order but didn't give me my credit card I had to ask for it she should have just gave me my card first before she went to take other people's orders
I would like to thank the manager Shamika Lockett and her crew for fixing my order. I know mistakes happen but they went above and beyond to make me happy!!!! Shamika was so helpful and very positive, she made me feel like they really cared about my experience. I appreciate how they treated me and their location is very well kept up and I will be back!!!
