Super disappointed in this Taco Bell tonight. Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande ($6.89) for my daughter, who only likes meat and cheese. I ordered it without beans, tomatoes, or sour cream. Then I asked how to substitute the nacho cheese for shredded cheese (I was using the self-serve kiosk...). The gentleman who works the window most often (SUPER nice anytime I've been here!!) told me I just have to say "no nacho cheese" and scroll down and "add shredded cheese" for .40 cents more. Absolutely worst tacobell on earth. Maybe try too hire people and use standards. I’m not sure if this is the owners fault or management. This has happened for 4 years and I’ll avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. You have all new staff from the last time I’ve ordered so I figured maybe it would be different but once again you never fail too surprise me. 40 bucks down the drain. Please note this is the slowest Taco Bell ever what in the world… it’s not even busy.
I work near this Taco Bell and I have to say, this location is far and away the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. It’s always really clean and the food is ready fast but above all, the customer service is so over-the-top amazing. This is totally an average Taco Bell. The service was fast, but the tables needed some cleaning. The kiosk was a bit glitchy too and wasn't responding properly to my touch.
