Went there and ordered my food because the app wasn't working. When I finished ordering they called my name cuz the app did work also. Asked for a refund and the manager couldn't off the key os. She said to do it on the app. I asked how and she had no clue and walked off. Why hire an incomparable person. She should not be a manager.
I swear this location loves to bag food as horribly as possible… I placed a pick up order and the fries were completely upside down at the top of the bag.
Genuinely the worst restaurant experience I have, time after time. It just never improves. Go to one of the many other nearby Taco Bell locations instead of this one.
