If you want to eat here, don’t even bother coming in, they only care about their customers that go through the drive through. Very slow and take forever to even help a customer who has a question or is missing something from their bag, completely walks right past them. In addition, the drive thru is not even that packed to be completely ignoring the crowd in the lobby. Very unsatisfied. Needs new management ASAP.
Awful customer service!! And awful amount of food/sauces for what you pay for. I came to Taco Bell on march 23 2025 and I paid for sour cream which is an EXTRA .55 cent for a SMALL cup of sour cream. And the bottom of the cup was barely covered, not even. Also my food was half baked and barely any food was given to me. LEFT HUNGRY AND VERY UNPLEASED!!
So the workers at this location are rude. I ordered a drink and they couldn't even get the flavor right. How does that even happen when a machine took the order and all you have to do is read. I wonder how, I really do wonder. That's not even all. I didn't hear the name being called for the order and when I got up to go ask, didn't even get to say a word yet. The worker tells me who's it is, and right after I take it, they complain saying they already called out for the name. Apparently now humans should have the best hearin... read more
