Always great
Went through the drive-thru and they forgot two of our items. Had to go inside to get my order corrected (they had no issues with that). Food was pretty horrible, meat was burned, burritos were very skimpy, and just absurdly priced (I know this is a corporate problem). Taco Bell has definitely massively fallen off and at this location in particular, they always mess your order up. $32 for 6 food items is insane.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. While placing my order, the manager was extremely rude and impatient. She kept saying “anything else?” in a harsh tone, making me feel rushed and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy. When I reached the window, I calmly asked why she was being rude, but instead of addressing the concern, she walked away and avoided the conversation entirely.
