I had a terrible experience there i was waiting for my food and i got it and never got my drink so i went to the front counter for it and the young man named James refused to give it to me after i showed him my receipt that i paid for my drink.
It's always hit or miss. Last night I had my tray slammed on the counter as my name was called. Should have just got a refund and left then. But we love taco bell. Burnt burritos, no cheese on cantina chicken tacos. 4 piece of chicken on the taco and no sauce. Soggy nacho fries. Hard chicken tenders that sat under a heat lamp or something. Food and employee's are nasty and rude
It's Taco Bell. It's aight. Dubois now has two legit Mexican restaurants that server better food. But sometimes you want Taco Bell. This is a pretty standard TB. The lot is fine and the inside is usually pretty clean, though usually I'm going through the drive through. Speaking of, the drive through can get pretty slippery in the winter. The food is generally a hit, but occasionally they do miss our changes (no sour cream, etc) or forget an item. They're just people and people make mistakes so no biggie.
