This Taco Bell always takes FOREVER to do anything. Whether I go inside or through the drive thru, it doesn't matter. Just earlier, I was in the drive thru for over an HOUR.
Absolutely fantastic, Miami has the best Taco Bell of anywhere in this area! (There was another rly rly good one in middle-of-nowhere-Mississippi, too) In some ways I like the new remodel, but in some ways it really messed everything up. You can still order at the register, but some will now act really inconvenienced in the process, which sucks! Ordered 2 double beef burritos.. 30 minutes later, got two cold burritos with literally no meat on them whatsoever. It was just rice, sour cream, and fritos. Took it up to the counter and asked if they ran out of beef, one employee just said "yeah.." and then ignored me. Worst taco bell I've ever been to.
This is the 2nd time we decided to order inside rather than in the drive thru....what a mistake. Stood there with about 10+ other people for at least 20 minutes. The employees had no quickness in the slightest. I should have learned the first time, which was my previous visit.
All the taco shells were crushed so we had to put them on plates to even eat them, got the new avocado crispy chicken burrito and got no avocado and the chicken was so overcooked it couldn't even be bitten into. Ordered a dorito locos taco with NO TOMATOES because tomatoes are bad for your kidneys and my mom has kidney disease, not only did it have tomatoes but it had so much that they were spilling out of the wrapper.
