If you get hard shell tacos they are going to be in pieces. Shells are always broken.
This location is the most poorly managed I've ever experienced. Whether it's waiting for ridiculously long times or receiving horrible food, this location has such great potential being squandered by a lack of good management. Tonight I attempted to buy a $5 box and asked to have only beans on my burrito instead of the five layers it comes with. I was told they couldn't substitute items.
