Bro refuses to acknowledge me when I tried to get his attention, after 5 minutes waiting I finally ask to confirm they have my order and he screams they're working on it if they have it. I don't have high expectations for taco bell but it isn't hard not to be actively rude.

unbelievably slow, they just do not care to hustle here when it's busy. i waited an hour in the lobby for crunchy old rice.
The security at this location is disgusting. He racially profiled my partner and kicked him out for no reason - even other people in the restaurant were confused why he was kicked out. The security guard was giving preference to women he was trying to impress instead of actually providing security to the restaurant. He was also out of his mind high. This happened around midnight on 10/31.
