This is our favorite Taco Bell in the area! They have always served fresh food, quick, and our orders have ALWAYS been right!!
Went through the drive thru and when I got home I was missing food. I called and the GM, Tommy, told me if I came back he'd give me the food that I already paid for as well as free coupons for my inconvenience. Went back about a week later and Tommy gave me the food that I was missing but told me they didn't have free coupons and walked away. My original order was around $70, people at my table were missing food and all I got when I went back was more crappy service. Never again!!
