I expected better
Customer service is terrible! The only reason I continue to go is because it's close to the house. Other than that....smh! EVERY single time, I get almost the same thing. EVERY single time, I tell them exactly what kind and how many sauces I want. EVERY single time, I get home and have a bag full of sauces (flavor) I didn't even ask for. I'd be the ONLY person in drive thru....I'd sit and wait for my food, then I'm told to back up from the window. I'm assuming so I wouldn't have their clock running. Taco Bell forces you to use the computer screen to place your order. This allows the corporation to hire less, improving the corporate profits. I will not eat at Taco Bell again.
