I have eaten here 5/6 times over the years and have never had an issue, but tonight was a completely different story. I made a mobile order for 2 Mexican pizzas, 4 mini taco salads, 2 bean burritos. I had to drive 15 minutes then 15 back home. We'll, they forgot my burritos and Aiden and Seth said I would have to come back for a refund. That's not happening at 10pm. this Taco Bell put the fries in my cheesy rollups . I asked them to put them on the side but they put them in the rollups AND then they tried to make me pay again for messing UP MY ORDER ??? my kids starved because of this taco bell .
How do you forget the damn chips & cheese? That doesn’t even involve any cooking……
They forgot part of my order (cantina qusadilla) and when I went back to the window to fix it, instead of correcting their mistake, they made me drive all the way back around the building back to the speaker and repeat everything again. Completely unnecessary waste of time. When I finally got back to the window, another employee argued with me and insisted the items were in the bag and prove that it was missing. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location, but I’ll start with the most important issue. Over a month ago, I placed a mobile order for a group of people. One of the items I received had a hair wrapped inside the burrito, which was extremely unpleasant. The Crunchwrap was poorly made (mostly tortilla), and my sauces were missing.
