Danielle at the mall road location in Florence was outstanding!! She didn’t yell through the intercom, she was very calm and kind’! She deserves To be recognized and awarded! Thank you Danielle for everything sweetie! She made our evening after a bad day!! I pray great karma comes her way!!! Thank you again’ she made my 8 yr old daughter happy!!
They messed up an order and we tried to make it right they argued and denied to fix it at first this was the late night shift. I have no bad feelings towards these managers however every customer is not out to scam them for free food. I was able to show them the charges on my account and also the dash cam footage of the day and time of our order. I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru. I was the only car, no idea what they were doing. The food was gross, slimy, and cold. I did not eat it and just threw it away. It was about 7 PM Saturday.
