As far as Taco Bell’s go, I’m happy to live near this one. Service is great and understanding of wait times or if they get something wrong. Quality of food is a notch ahead of most locations. The bean burrito is very consistent with good ratios of ingredients.
ordered online for pickup, went inside, and there was no one at the register. Staff were absent, and even though there were a lot of customers waiting, no one could assist. When someone finally processed my order he just left it on the pickup counter in the kitchen. I waited about 10 minutes with no help, and I actually had to shout to get someone’s attention for my order. So by the time I got my food home it was soggy and cold.
So I came to Taco Bell around 11:45 pm and ordered a few items. Everything was going fine until we left and noticed one of our items were missing so we went around and told Kevin M that our order was wrong and he replaced it. It was whatever so we went home and was about to eat to see he forget another item. So we checked the receipt and it showed a completely different item then what we ordered.
