I was craving a Burrito Supreme, so I drove 15 minutes to pick up my order and another 15 minutes home — only to be completely disappointed. I spoke with “Manager” Luke, who honestly sounded like a teen who didn't care with an OH WELL employee who was handed the phone and offered zero help or refund. March 1, 2024 Gas at Phillips 66 and Taco Bell
I used to like Cantina Chicken Soft taco, but today is second time I'm getting it, and meat tastes and feels, like CANNED mushy chiken, that smells almost like tuna - disgusting, had to throw it away. All other ingredients are nice and fresh - WTH Taco Bell???
