The managers are completely unprofessional. Every time the restaurant gets busy, they start throwing temper tantrums, complaining about their jobs, and yelling at their employees. It's embarrassing to watch grown adults act that way, especially when they're supposed to be leading the team. The customer service is just as bad. By far the worst experience I’ve had at Taco Bell in Portales. The staff acts like customers are an inconvenience instead of doing the job they’re paid for. The workers were impatient, rude from the start, and acted annoyed the entire time for no reason. They rushed everything, barely listened, and still managed to mess up multiple parts of the order. I went to order my food, and the customer service was terrible. No one talks to you like a person they just ask what you want with a rude attitude. They don’t read your order back, and they’re disrespectful. On top of that, they get mad at you if you ask them to repeat what they said. They got my order wrong, gave me no napkins, and got my drink wrong. I specifically told them not to put something in my food, and they still put it in.
