Since the remodel, looks like they have more staff available, and all of them were very nice. After our kiosk order someone made sure we got our cups, and our order was perfectly correct with several modifications! However, they seem to be commonly harassed by kids on e-bikes that come in, get water cups filled with soda, loiter and one even was walking around asking for money and started arguing with customers (yet they all had shiny new electric bikes..). Used to love this location! Now 2 separate visits onetime chicken is so over cooked my wife and daughter wouldn’t eat it just fried hard burned chips. This time missing 3 items. Can’t get someone on the phone the line just says busy. I’m disappointed we have always come here. Tonight was the final straw. Tbell normally has my back to feed the pregnant wife. Not lately… let me down and I usually take the hangry lashings… not cool
The food was less than one star!! Soggy crusty tacos and the burrito. I could not identify what was in the food other than hamburger meat….never again at this location.
This is a good location. If there's ever an issue the staff is quick to correct the problem. Some customers need to remind themselves that the employees are doing their best and mistakes can happen.
I will definitely be coming back to this taco bell. Best customer service I've seen in awhile. Also got my food quick and hot
