I went to get food at 10.30pm at night time. The food was not at all fresh and the fries were so hard.
Everyone in our group got food poisoning. I will never eat here again. This place should be shut down. Disgusting.
Food is usually correct. Only complaint is making me pull around when there isn't a single person besides my car in line and the food came out within 2 minutes anyway. Was told they are no longer taking orders at 11:40 when they don't close for another 20 minutes. They were clearly understaffed but that is a management issue not a customer issue that i cant get my food. Waited in line for over an hour!! Absolutely ridiculous, would have left if we weren't stuck in the drive thru line.
Management was rude had to go back in twice for them to still get my order wrong argued in the back for 7 minutes for Management to tell me its now after breakfast hour so they couldn't remake my food. When I stated thats not how you should speak to customers, as I have been in Management for a very long time. She looked at me and said I dont care when I asked for her name so I could speak to someone hire up she then stated I am not giving you my name.
