Incredibly awful smell And I had to wait after placing my order ahead 5 minutes longer than when it was supposed to be done. If I had just gone through the drive thru they would have made it to avoid a line but they don’t care about customers outside of cars
Waited at the counter to be helped, & was just stared at numerous times instead of actually helping me. Thankfully the older gentleman was kind enough to multi task between drive thru & assisting the lobby, bless his heart for working so hard. It dosent take 5 people to work on one drive thru order.
Service very slow Floor was extra dirty gave you a gross feeling about being in the place ! Plus it smelt in there .
Crazy slow
Bring back the online exclusive cravings box. Why are you the only Taco Bell who has gotten rid of it? I will be frequent another Taco Bell in the future.
