Food over here usually ain’t bad but the customer service over here is horrible. They forget your items when you order something and they don’t want for the convenience of you driving back to get you anything extra any even that much it could be one extra item and they turn you down. This is one Taco Bell. I wouldn’t recommend going to.
The Lady in the drive through couldn't hear us because the music in the store was WAYYY to loud. Then our food wasn't made properly. Very unfortunate.
Carlos C did a phenomenal job at taking mine and my friends order right, but your cooks sucked at their job. Sour cream when I asked for none and they skimped my friend her ingredients on her nachos, all chip. Your cooking staff needs to learn to not rush their cashier when he’s handling my cash either, especially since I suck at math and gave him too much. They also need to learn to be kind to him because they’re bitching at him when they can’t even do their jobs right. You go Carlos, keep doing you.
