First let me start by saying an almost never leave bad reviews. I worked in Hospitality for a long time and it’s a hard job. That said, this was the most bizarre and awful experience at a Taco Bell. I think I’ve ever had. Worst experience, customer service was terrible that is once you got someone’s attention. The food was just as bad we ordered tacos and they had beans in them. Not sure when they changed the recipe? Overall a terrible experience.
Got there. System was down but there were no signs and it took about 5 minutes before a crew member informed me about it. I needed to wash my hands so I asked for the key, she said "sorry it is for customers only" I said "i would be a customer if your System was operational", she said "sorry, I'm not allowed to hand it out". I should have looked at the reviews for that place first.
Worst experience I’ve had at this Taco Bell by far. Out of all the steak quesadillas I’ve gotten here they’ve never had this much steak in it or whatever meat this is. Not the same steak I’ve had at this location or any locations. After eating even gave me a feeling similar to a sore throat. Suggest getting some workers that know what they’re doing.
