Such long wait times for any of the pickup options. Nothing was ready at the time I was there and took over 20 min after estimated time to get 2 crunchy tacos
There is NEVER anything on my tacos or burritos there's never any cheese even when I ask for extra they never put anything it's a waste of money unless you enjoy a taco with only lettuce and a burrito that you taste nothing but the tortilla. I usually only go at night I'm not sure if the employees at night are just garbage but I will not be coming back it's been everytime now this has happened if you're seeing this review please do not go here.
This Taco Bell must have the laziest slow workers. The past 2 weeks, it takes the drive through 10 + min to get up to give them you'r order... this isn't fast food This taco bell hasn't been the best but it definitely has not been this slow!
I would like to recognize the young gentleman (dark wavy hair) at the drive-thru pickup window. He was polite, amazingly friendly, superior customer service & very respectable. If a manager sees this please give him an award or incentives. I was trying to get in touch with the manager with the number provided on the website but nobody answers. Not even a voice message comes on. I called four times. Is there a manager available during the day or what?
