Really good chicken, and fun posters and paintings all around with good decorations
This place is a little disappointing most of the time. The biggest issue is the wait time. Every time I order from here, I end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes. I understand that the chicken is popular and sells quickly, but the long wait is still frustrating. Another issue is the customer service. Like most fast-food restaurants, the experience depends on who is working. Sometimes the staff is friendly and helpful, while other times the service is poor. horrible service no speed in the way they work and they don’t use gloves
Refused service AN HOUR before closing… Door signs and online clearly stated Midnight close on Fridays and we were stood outside with 3 other patrons expecting service to watch all employees ignore us while they shut down at 11pm…. So lazy
