OMG what is this we ordered ten hard shells and ten soft and a nacho bell granda and I had to dump my darn hard shells in my nachos cause there wasn't any meat in it no sour cream at all no lettuce at all a strip of cheese a strip of meat a strip of tomatoes that's all then the tacos hard shells barely had any meat in them but had plenty tomatoes and lettuce this is yhe worse taco bell ever and definitely not going back ever nor tell anybody to eat at it nah ill pass this is my current situation with taco bell hahaha lmmfao ... read more
Absolutely horrid service the people there acted like I did something wrong laughing and then acted like I bothered them in some way used a free combo voucher and the food was bad no meet in the food and the taco was half filled then normal also took forever to get my food even tho it wasn’t busy and when we did get it the guy said here like he was mad at us horrible Taco Bell eat anywhere else
I was handed everything back but my debit card, my own fault for not checking. I called up there to grab it. The manager has it in her pocket. Not in an office locked up, in her pocket then asks me for my ID the man in the drive through JUST served me not even 5 minutes ago and yall kept MY card. I will not ever be back. Be careful coming here and make sure you have your stuff before you leave they try to distract you but it didn't work with me. Then wants to be rude because you ask for your OWN stuff back.
One person in the dining area eating nobody has to drive through, stood for at least 5 minutes wanting to place my order oh and by the way the one person in the dining area eating was an employee, while I am waiting to place my order one woman is making boxes the other is on her cell phone both acting like they don't see me, finally one of the points to the cashier who is at the drive-thru window doing nothing finally comes to take my order, and I'm telling you he acted like I was bothering him. Within the last 3 months every other time we order you forget something. It's getting frustrating in that I'm actually thinking of going to a different Taco Bell
