Worst customer service ever Ugh, worst Taco Bell experience EVER! They treat customers like garbage specifically this location I went there to order food , Found all doors locked by 9pm which made me shocked it was still early , asked the workers in there from the window that I wanna order they sign told me to order through the drive thru “Fine” Ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and it took forever to get my food. Both order screens not working, no employees up front. Is this place even operating or did everyone leave for the day?
I have never had any complaints about the food here it has always been cooked right and served fast, service is always fine although a “have a good night!” or even a smile sometimes would do everybody some good.
