This has to be the worst in all my years of eating Taco Bell. I tried to call and voice my concerns but I was rudely hung up on by a woman after she spoke to a male and he informed her to hang up on me - very horrible service. I asked when exactly had the ground beef been changed, she responded. I couldn’t understand her and asked her to repeat and that’s when the male employee instructed her to hang up. They refused a restroom, whereas its Taco bell policy to let their customers use a restroom! Even the manager said no! So inhuman

I am writing to formally report a concerning experience I had today at the Taco Bell location on Pitkin Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. This is not the first time I have visited this location and experienced poor customer service.
