Hard to get help, elderly people have a hard time understanding how to order from kiosk, workers are no help. Ignoring, talking or on their phone. Bathroom is disgusting. When help is acquired, they're rude.
Just went to pick food up for someone else
Mobile ordered food just for some random person to pick it up and staff refused to remake it or process a refund
Late night here is terrible, beans are old and not fresh, food is cold, and thrown together like they don't care (I'm sure they don't lol). Don't bother! Whoever franchises this place should look next door at how packed McDonald's late night drive thru is, and look at their own. There's a reason it's not lined up like it was years ago!!! Won't be back, ripoff. Would rather warm up a TV dinner!
I love going here. Amazing and kind staff! Food portions were great on the nacho fries. Definitely will keep coming here!
