Be prepared to wait an hour or more for your order, then staff who start to get aggressive with you when you try to complain about the speed of service, to the point that it becomes criminal mischielf territory, I am sending the video that was recorded of the issue to their corperate office, so that this franchise owner can get his staff under control. The wait line was extremely long for having around 7 employees actively working as employees were chit-chatting away. Asked for the dirty part of the dirty soda and employee gave severe attitude about it. Waited almost 45 minutes for our food when the app said it'd be ready in 15. Half of our order was sitting on the counter by the time we got there to pick it up. There was a hole in many of our bags, which like isn't ideal.
