This taco bell has the worst customer service I've experienced. Today marks the third time I've been shorted on an order and I should have known better than to leave the store without double checking everything in the bag. I got home after a 12 hour shift, start handing food to the family and find that they shorted us multiple food items. I call to get a refund and let the family eat my portion and they answer just to hang up. Good ol Taco Bell. Went for the Luxe meal but ended up piecing my own meal together.
Waited nearly an hour in the drive through line just to get an uncooked Cantina chicken quesadilla meal. This isn’t the first time our meal has been messed up like this, but it’ll be the last time we go to this location. It’s the nearest Taco Bell to our house, but we’re going to have to drive farther to look for a better one. Really a shame — I eat a lot of Taco Bell around the state and this is the most consistently poor quality location I’ve ever eaten at. Have photos for management.
