I was in earlier today getting off of work, and this girl in the drive thru window was super sweet. I had a horrible day at work, and she was like a breath of fresh air. I didn't catch her name, but it was around 5 pm and she had dark hair with glasses. Even got a new nail spot out of it. Overall speedy and good service.
There was a pretty, tall, Latina that helped me out at around 8:30pm with a messed up order and she had a great attitude and amazing customer service. She definently needs a raise
I seriously believe that their corporate team has told them there is a surplus of sour cream, and no matter what the customer says, put sour cream on their food. I've even gone as far as to tell them I'm allergic to it so they'd be sure to not put it on, and they still do. When you say no sour cream, they hear "EXTRA SOUR CREAM". The last burrito I got looked like the line cook had his way with it before they wrapped it up and gave it to me.
