This Taco Bell has messed up my order almost every time I’ve gone, and when I’ve gone inside to talk to the manager about either missing or flat-out wrong items, I have been argued with, even though I have the receipt and wrong items as proof. The employees have also been rude to me on multiple unneeded occasions. As someone who is currently working in the fast food industry, it baffles me how this kind of behavior and actions are allowed.
I like this location typically but I have to give 1 star on service because I just got home and found sour cream in my tacos that I just order "no sour cream". This may not seem like a huge deal but it's frustrating that such a simple thing can't be done correctly. I don't order sour cream because I don't like sour cream. Update Dropping to 2 stars because it happened again. Same thing. Do they just ignore the order details?
Bad bad…. Waited and no body attended also got drinks and cups stuck together they knew and like that they gave them so rude people working here first and last time coming here….. also place is trash all food in kitchen floor all dirty the lobby
