Went to counter to place an order but the staff was too busy to either acknowledge my presence or take my order. Two others came in and ended up using their self service machine but I do not want a machine either taking my order or making my order. After a few minutes of waiting, I found it easier to leave and go elsewhere than wait for who knows how long. Why spend money on a new menu board when you are not taking orders?? Very disappointed. No plans to return.
It's Taco bell, you don't go for some bougie cuisine, but they do what they do fairly well. I've never had a bad experience at this location.
