I don’t know who was working the evening shift on the Fourth of July, but the service was completely unacceptable. I got there before 11:00 p.m. and didn’t leave until 11:41 p.m. I waited over 40 minutes and nobody ever took my order, so I finally gave up and left. The place wasn’t even busy, which made it even more frustrating. There was no reason for it to take that long. Watch those kiosks. They will put ingredients on your order that you don’t ask for. When I spoke to the manager he said he made the tacos per the order. Then says he’s aware that the kiosks are having glitches.
Probably won’t ever go to this location again. I took one bite of the Mexican pizza and it tasted like straight chemicals… I spit right out and threw it away. Never had that happen. Everything we had ordered was served really sloppy, cold, and old. So gross.
