Staff needs some enthusiasm. Nobody looked like they wanted to be there.
The women's restroom door doesn't close so I could lock it, when I ordered my food he said it would be out in about 3 minutes and it took 20 and he actually forgot why I was standing there. I don't know where we went wrong as a society, but when I go to a fast food restaurant and they won't acknowledge me or anyone when we enter the building that is so wrong. When someone comes in and up to the counter someone behind the counter should say, "Hi, can I help you!" Even if all restaurants have a kiosk to do your own ordering it... read more
Avoid. Went to counter to place an order but the staff was too busy to either acknowledge my presence or take my order. Two others came in and ended up using their self service machine but I do not want a machine either taking my order or making my order. After a few minutes of waiting, I found it easier to leave and go elsewhere than wait for who knows how long. Why spend money on a new menu board when you are not taking orders?? Very disappointed. No plans to return.
