Asked for no cheese on my taco because I'm allergic but they accidently put it on or whatever so I go in to simply get another taco and they gave me a hard time when there was clearly cheese on it.
The manger on shift on 03/09/2025 shift around 4-4:30 was absolutely ridiculous. She refused to take an order at counter. The entire store was empty she processed to the to tell the poor kid at the counter to make me use the kiosk. The kiosk does not have the full menu, I turned around and said I’ll order at the counter and would like two number 8’s . She proceeded to try to force me to order at the kiosk.
