I think this location has a speciality of providing the items with the half of the described ingredients. Unfortunately this is the only taco bell nearby and every time they don't disappoint missing at least half of the ingredients. I ordered chicken bowl quite a few times and everytime they provide are rice, lettuce, chicken and beans though the menu mentions cabbage, Guacamole, sour cream, cheese and more. I hope management does something to train their employees.
Always super understaffed, always takes a very long time for food to be ready. The workers are fighting for their life at all times so I give them an extra star for the rating. As a multi billion corporation, can you hire a few more staff at this location?
Got home. The order is completely wrong. With traffic and construction it's not worth my time to go back and get it corrected. I now know not to go to this location
Came to drive through. Ordered. Person at drive-through unsure how to confirm order.went to pick up window, received wrong order. My order was Two soft tacos, no lettuce, large order of chips and cheese. Pretty simple order. I received two tacos and fries. The receipt on the bag said I paid for 3 items: 2 tacos. Chips and cheese, and fries. It’s soooo bad here!! Do yourself a favor and go to mckinney. They take forever and close before they’re supposed to. I’m sure the manager would love to hear that they close 2 hours before they’re supposed to. Do better! You’re losing profit!
