They served me stale taco shells. Is no one there checking expiration dates? Let me tell that stale food from here tastes like you are eating straight cardboard, it is fowl. It's actually not the first time it's happened either, but it wasn't until recently that someone tried my food and verified the very off putting taste. I will not be eating at taco bell for a long time if ever again. This has happened to many times now, and I don't trust you guys to make my food anymore.
Not to happy with this taco bell in specific, everytime I go to this taco bell something is always messed up. Today 11/21/25 I picked up a mobile order and I also placed another order for myself separately. Absolutely horrible. I did not get at all what I ordered. I had a large order and my customizations were not fulfilled and food was dry… no sauces. Will not be returning to this location and very disappointed in how my experience was. My order number was 52e1a5.
This location is one of the better ones, food is prepared better and I’ve had everything mad correctly here unlike the one on university dr
Came here today for some tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Everything came out great although if you get the doritos locos taco don't add potatoes that was my mistake. Anyways had great service by everyone but wanted to shout out Ricardo he had such a great attitude and really showed how much he cares about the people who come in. First thing was greeting me.
