First of all Taco Bell customer complaint line never answers! The Taco Bell on Fort Worth Drive in Denton 8/19/2026 4:49 pm I believe it was the manager that refused to fix my order she stood there waiting for me to physically open up my food to show her before she reluctantly offered to remake1 my order. Even though the other staff that took the order had already agreed to remake it. Lack of good customer service from the supervisor manager is not good for the other employees to witness. Rude, lazy, incompetent staff. Every time I've come here Drive-through I've been asked to pull aside and wait, even during non-busy times when they should have food ready. they ran out of sauce and tried to charge me to substitute something else. Gets orders wrong constantly. No apologies ever offered. The entire night crew here should be fired and replaced.

Placed an online order at 2:15am still have not got food at 3am, and I can’t leave because I have already paid, would not waste my time with this location.

I often do a lot of modifications and some locations end up shorting me my extras or don’t remove things I asked. This location has never failed me though. The workers always have great attitudes, even when I can tell they’ve had a long day. I go late at night usually, and hands down the food is always the best and most consistently made Taco Bell I’ve had.
