Bad service, worse food
the experience I had at the drive-thru was frustrating. I told the employee multiple times to please give me a minute because I was trying to figure out what my 3-year-old wanted. He wanted ice cream, and since I knew Taco Bell didn’t sell ice cream, I asked if there was anything similar, such as a Freeze. Customer service at this location is really bad. PM shift the ladies working there will completely ignore you and won't give a crap. This location it's very convenient but please give proper staff training on how to approach and take care of customers.
