if i could give this place negative stars i would. one time i asked for beans on my taco and they gave me just beans and cheese. then another time i tried to give them my code to get points the guy literally said that i should’ve given it to the ai bot when the ai bot never said to give it a code. then he refused to enter the code, made no effort, got no manager. put in ZERO effort in trying to help me and instead blamed me for not giving the code to a literal robot that literally never asked for a code, and he was sassy abo... read more
I would give it a negative 5 if I could. Stood at the order for maybe 5 minutes , while the employees all seen me standing and said something in a foreign language then laughed. Stay away for this Taco Bell.
get this stupid freaking AI ordering crap out of here. Nobody wants it. Screw you corporate.
