The service I received at this location today will probably cause me to never go back. I went through the drive through and the guy taking my order could not hear me. I repeated “fajita steak chalupas” multiple times and added “no sauce” . He said he was having trouble hearing me & that it was loud on his end. So he apparently moved somewhere else he finally repeated the chalupas with no jalepeno sauce. What I recieve is a steak chalupas supreme. And that’s also what he rang in. Generally I’m quite happy with this location, but today when I pulled into the drive through, the person taking my order was very rude and acted as if they were angry at me at the window. I felt very uneasy about my visit this time around.
Rudest cashier ever! Did not say 1 word or make eye contact! What manager is letting her get away with such service? Is it me? Am I too old fashioned? Hard no return.
Food was good, although it was prepared messy. The guy taking my order kept calling me by the wrong name. This is the 4th time that this has happened. Dude was rude about it when I corrected him. He definitely doesn't need to be working the drive through. Only 2 stars cause the food was good.
