pure incompetence. waited forever in the line. they gave me the wrong order and had never even started mine. i had touched through the other order trying to see if anything was mine.. brought it back to the counter to show them and they took the bags and gave it to the other customer… nice. waited forever for them to remake mine and they still got the order wrong. food that was correct wasn’t assembled well, taste was fine, i’ve had much better from taco bell. wouldn’t leave a review if this was my first bad experience here.... read more
they did mess up my order but the girl at the window made our night!! she had it fixed thankfully and was super sweet about it shout out you elizabeth!
We’ve lived in Denver for six months and have frequented this location at least twice a month. Every single order has either been made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items. I understand that expectations should be low due to it being Taco Bell, but this location may be the worst we’ve ever experienced. Get it together.
1. they get something wrong every time. ask for not tomatoes and youn will get extra tomatoes. 2. You must ask for napkins and most of the time straws. 3. the restaurant is dirty inside always I eat here when I'm super desperate and they never fail to disappoint
