For someone who used to be an AGM for Taco Bell many years ago, y’all really have gone down hill. The incompetence, the rudeness and very poor customer service is sad to see especially because I know what the company was about. Gone here several times and my order is consistently wrong. No matter how many times I confirm or repeat it, it's wrong. No sour cream? They add it. No lettuce? You're getting lettuce. Good customer service? Lol no. They don't even say you're welcome when you thank them. Rude and incompetent staff. Can't wait to see the automated response from Taco Bell. Worst Taco Bell experience. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos. Each taco barely had any food in them. I mean the shells were almost empty. Of course, it was a drive-through order so I didn't realize it until I was home.
