It’s no longer quick service, I waited nearly 40 minutes for my kids’ dinner, as if our time has no value.
This is quite literally the worst service I have EVER seen in my life. The workers are singing, dancing, and laughing and taking their sweet time while people, including my friends and I, have been waiting for 1 hour+. The lady with red hair is doing absolutely NOTHING. If any high up district manager or higher sees this, you really need to reassess keeping this store open. I’m a manager in food service and I would fire just about every one that works here. Wow.
I came through on 4/24/2026 at about 9:15 pm. With 4 cars in front of me, I finally made it to the window at 9:49 pm. The important piece to know is that the delay was due to circumstances beyond their control (a technology issue). They were upfront about this as soon as you arrived to the speaker. Waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes just for 1 taco and 1 nachos fry just for it to be the wrong order and they were only taking 2 cars orders at a time this location is the absolute worst and should be shut down this isn't the 1st time this has happened either
