While typically decent, I have been waiting in the drive through line for 40 minutes this time. I am not even to the window yet. There were maybe 6 cars ahead of me when I got here, there are still 3 now. It is taking an average of more than 10 minutes to serve ONE drive through order. Unfortunately I placed a mobile order I already paid for so I can’t leave. This is genuinely the most ridiculous thing ever and management should be mortified.
