Came to pick up an order for doordash and the employees just looked at me like I was crazy didnt even bother coming to see what I needed. There were so many people on shift and I felt like no one wanted my service. Horrible customer service.
We came to this location at 1:30. The car before us got food- the worker slammed the window in our face. Worst service ever. So disappointing. He told us “we threw food out” it’s 20 mins before closing.
Went through the drive through the other day and was literally floored by the charming and professional level of service by the employee in the window. Typically, the person you get at a fast food window is a cabbage with a disgruntled personality that makes you feel like a burden. Not this guy. I bet he was a district manager or something because he was professional, friendly, funny, and really cared about his job. He was tall, late 20s, beardy, with longish curly hair under his hat.
