Staff was on cell phones not looking up with people in the lobby ready to order
Ordered a large Nacho Fries and opened the bag to find literally a total of 7 fries in the container. The rest were dumped all over the bottom of the bag. Really, how hard is it to put the fries in the container? (and no this isn't some put the fries in the bag joke, this is how I opened the bag but it is ironic) Absolutely ridiculous.
I order Taco Bell from the app on a pretty regular basis and when I see my order is being picked up from this store, I already know they’re gonna mess up my order. The one further down K is leagues better than this one and after reading all the negative reviews it baffles me this store is still open.
I called back to tell them that I was missing a nacho fry after I waited in the line for about 40 minutes then he decided to just hang up on me for no reason when I’m trying to get my money back when I paid for two fries and a grilled cheese burrito
