Went through the drive thru the other day, no one else in line and hardly any cars in the parking lot, yet somehow still waited for soo long. Just to get all the way home and see that my Crunchwrap was missing, my other taco I ordered had paper/ plastic melted into the cheese. Fries were halfway full, and it was very obvious they were old and refried.. 5 layer burrito had no beef in it.. Almost everything was cold. Service is never friendly.
