I just went in today September 4th right before 5:00 p.m. I saw an employee use the bathroom took their time in there and didn't wash their hands absolutely disgusting.
10/10 manager & staff are very genuine & kind. I had company stuff in my bag & I left it there by accident they were very helpful by calling my store so they can let me know they found my bag. I’m very grateful for their help!
The absolute worst customer service ever! The only Taco Bell I have ever been to that makes you go through the drive through for every order you have. So 3 people in one car has to go three times. If other people are waiting you have to wait behind them all every time and they close the order pick up before 12 in store so they force you to pick up in the drive thru even though we got there before 12 we were not allowed to just grab the orders in the store.
