It's sad that the place had very few people in drive thru and 6 to 8 people in the lobby and 4 employees standing at the office door talking about what day someone is working and i have to call the store for them to come to the counter and get my cash to pay for my oder
There was no one in the lobby when we came in and only a couple of vehicles in drive thru. I placed my order on the touch screen kiosk and went to the register to pay. There was 4 employees standing outside the office door and 1 employee inside the office. They were just standing there talking and laughing while another employee was facing our way but was on her phone looking at it. Had terrible experiences very consistently at this location won’t be going back never gets my order right never has motivating staff it’s half ethic teenagers who never care to get the order right as far as I’ve experienced
